Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the request-for-quotation form, plus basic technical data needed to operate the site securely:
- Your name, company, work email and, if you provide it, your phone number.
- The details of your request: delivery country, required date, urgency, Incoterm, certification requirements, the part numbers you paste and any file you attach.
- The IP address the request came from and your browser user-agent, recorded with the submission for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To read your request, prepare and send you a quote, and follow up on it. We also use it to prevent automated abuse of the form. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
Our own team, and our hosting and email provider (IONOS) as the infrastructure that stores and transmits the message. When quoting requires it, we share the technical details of the request (part numbers, quantities, specifications) with manufacturers and distributors so they can price the item. We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and loads no resources from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own domain. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and their attachments are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for as long as tax and trade documentation rules require. You can ask us to delete a request earlier, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@mrenergysupply.com and we will respond. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submitted requests and attachments are stored outside the public web directory and are not reachable from the internet.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top of this page.
