We find the part that keeps you running.
We source for operations that cannot stop. We buy through the maker’s own channel — the manufacturer or its authorized distribution — wherever in the world that is.
When a line is down, the problem is rarely the price. It is finding the right part, proving it is genuine and getting it on site in time. Send a part number, a photo of the nameplate, or the whole list.
If it carries a part number, we’ll go find it.
From a single line item to a full spares package. We work across the manufacturer network: OEM, authorized distribution and the obsolete parts market. One request, one quote, one lead time to manage. A category not listed here? Ask anyway.

Marine, fire, personalEvery part arrives with its paperwork, or it doesn’t ship.
Finding a hard part is only half the job. On a critical service, a counterfeit or undocumented part costs far more than the order it arrived in, so we prove where it came from before anything else.
- Authorized channels first: the maker or its own distribution, wherever the maker is.
- Manufacturer and country of origin stated on every line of every quote.
- When a part is discontinued and only the surplus market has it, we say so on the quote and document the chain we bought it through. You decide before you approve.
“Is it genuine, and can you prove it?”
Certificates of conformity, certificates of origin, and mill certificates with heat numbers where the material requires them. Tell us what your QA department needs on the RFQ and the quote confirms it line by line.
“What if the part is obsolete?”
Send the part number, the equipment tag and a photo of the nameplate. We trace discontinued items through the manufacturer network and, when the original is genuinely gone, propose a documented form-fit-function equivalent, with the reasoning written down so your engineer can approve or reject it.
“Will it arrive when you say?”
Every quote states a lead time we confirmed with the source, not one we hope for. If a date slips, you hear it from us before it slips, with the new date and the reason.
We move the part from the maker’s country to your site.
The maker of the part you need is rarely in the same country as the plant that needs it. We bring it in, clear it and move it out: into U.S. industry, or from the U.S. to your site anywhere in the world. Placing the order is the easy half. We handle the half that stops shipments.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certification package your QA asked for, all issued together in one package.
Incoterms, priced up front
EXW through DDP, quoted and explained. Not sure which one fits your destination? Say so on the form and we’ll recommend one.
Packing that survives the trip
Marine-grade packing and preservation, hazardous goods shipped through carriers certified to handle them, and consular legalization where your destination requires it.
Refineries, power plants, offshore operators, shipyards and MRO teams.
These are operations where a late or wrong part stops production. We supply them in the United States and worldwide.

Vessels and equipmentYou get a person, and you get a date.
The same person handles your order from quote to delivery. You get their name and direct line on the first reply.
You send the list
Attach a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo of the nameplate. We confirm receipt the same business day. If something on the list is unclear, we ask that same day.
We quote in 48 hours
Availability, lead time, manufacturer, country of origin, certification included and landed cost on your Incoterm, sourced across the manufacturer network. If a list runs long, you hear that on day one.
We deliver and stay on it
We buy, inspect, document, pack and ship, with a written status every week until it arrives on your site.
Get us approved before you need us.
Supplier qualification only ever delays the first order. Start the paperwork now. The urgent order should not be the one waiting on a W-9.

Call and quote your part number. Breakdown requests jump the queue and we work them the same day.
Tell us what you need.
Attach your RFQ: a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo of the nameplate. Anything we can read, we can quote.
What we need to quote
- Part numbers or a description: a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo of the nameplate
- Quantities and the date it has to be on site
- Delivery country, so freight and duties come priced, not estimated
- Any certification your QA department requires
